This pre and post quiz is a combination open-ended and likert-scale quiz covering many of the learning goals from the echolocation activities. This has been used with pre-service elementary teachers, but it has not been reviewed by others.
Doing the Activity
- Have students take the quiz before completing any of the echolocation lessons (Indoor and Outdoor units, Dolphins , Wrap-Up)
- After completing the Indoor and Outdoor echolocation Units, have students complete the quiz again.
- Based on the results adjust the Dolphins lesson and Wrap-Up discussion to address any misunderstandings.
